• Manage Agency Services SLAs and KPIs to ensure performance targets are consistently achieved or exceeded. • Develop and maintain policies and procedures that reflect industry best practices and current regulatory requirements. • Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise across all distribution channels, including Brokerage, Broker-Dealer, Financial Institutions, Bank IBD, and Variable/Securities. • Establish and monitor process controls and metrics to ensure accuracy, timeliness, quality, and budget adherence for internal and external operations. • Oversee relationships with vendors and other third parties supporting Agency Services, ensuring contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs are fulfilled on time and within budget. • Drive Agency Services' strategic direction through active participation in company initiatives, committees, process improvement efforts, and product development projects. • Champion organizational change by engaging process owners and stakeholders in implementing strategic improvements. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and SOX controls; adhere to all applicable sales and product compliance requirements. • Partner with internal audit and controls teams on risk assessments and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. • Lead, develop, and engage Agency Services teams through regular communication, skip-level check-ins, and employee development planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a life and/or annuity insurance company or agency, including 4+ years in a team leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience leading Agency Services, Service Center, or similar functions with a focus on commissions, contracting, and licensing administration.
- Experience with variable annuity, securities, annuity, and life insurance products.
