Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in data and e-commerce. As a Data Analyst, you will work with real-world datasets to uncover trends, support client reporting, and contribute to meaningful insights in one of the fastest-growing sectors in Southeast Asia. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data and business requirements - Transform and clean data using Python (SQL is a plus) - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies - Assist in developing and implementing data models and algorithms - Analyze and interpret complex datasets to surface key metrics and statistical insights - Communicate findings effectively Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of statistics and data interpretation - Proficiency in Python, Google Sheets, and Excel is essential; SQL knowledge is a plus - Experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon Athena, or Google BigQuery is a plus - Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in the data field - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to change - Passionate about e-commerce, with strong communication and collaboration skills - A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, etc.) is preferred but not required
