Role Description The Virtual Program Coordinator (VPC) supports the daily operations of virtual-specific programs. This role provides both support to clients and Client Care Specialists, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. The Virtual Program Coordinator acts as a leader to more junior staff and provides direct assistance to program leadership. - Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). - Supports clients' physical and psychological safety throughout daily operations of assigned program. - Completes accurate and timely documentation, to include any interactions and communications with clients. - Provides general milieu management. - Manages client scheduling needs. - Completes and submits program-related reporting to senior leadership staff. - Coordinates client case management needs within the virtual team, including coordination with Outreach, Client Care Specialists (CCS), and Primary Therapists. - Assists with the scheduling of CCS group note coverage. - Assumes duties of staff who are not present as appropriate to meet program goals. - Provides guidance and leadership to CCS in a motivational and encouraging fashion with a focus on creating and maintaining an inclusive, collaborative, and welcoming work environment. - Coordinates and leads on specific projects as assigned by Virtual Program Manager. - Conducts client admissions and discharges as outlined by LBH policies and procedures, including providing support and orientation to new clients as they adjust to the milieu. - Attends meetings and training as assigned. - Contributes to a positive, productive, and accepting work environment, treating all staff and clients with respect, dignity, and empathy. - Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client’s plan of care. - Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Seeks assistance of licensed staff when needed. - Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure). - Performs all other duties, as assigned. - Due to the essential functions of this job, arriving for your shift on time is an essential requirement. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 1+ year of related experience. Requirements - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to navigate HIPAA compliant telehealth platforms and Electronic Medical Record systems. - Ability to communicate and write clearly and professionally. - Ability to speak English fluently; ability to speak Spanish, preferred. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Must have the ability to communicate with individuals over phone and electronic correspondence. - May be required to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and lift/move up to 20 lbs. - Able to work for prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Mental Health Alumni Coordinator

Role Description The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for strengthening post-discharge engagement and increasing alumni readmissions through structured outreach, proactive relationship management, and early identification of clinical instability. This position serves as the primary human contact behind the alumni communication platform, ensuring timely responses, improving engagement rates, and facilitating warm handoffs to Admissions when step-back care is appropriate. Major Responsibilities - Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”). - Alumni Engagement & Outreach - Manage structured post-discharge communication cadence (e.g., 48-hour, 7-day, 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, 6-month, and annual intervals). - Respond to alumni text communications within 1 business day. - Build authentic, consistent relationships with alumni to reinforce long-term connection to care. - Initiate proactive personal outreach beyond automated scripts, particularly for non-responsive or previously vulnerable alumni. - Alumni Advocacy: - Assist in developing and executing the Alumni Ambassador Program. - Readmission Facilitation & Growth - Identify alumni expressing increased stress, relapse risk, or decompensation. - Normalize and introduce step-back care as a proactive support option when appropriate. - Coordinate timely warm handoffs to the Admissions team. - Contribute directly to the organizational goal of increasing alumni/alumni referral admissions to 30%. - Track alumni engagement metrics and conversion touchpoints in collaboration with Admissions leadership. - Pre-Discharge Introduction & Continuity - Introduce alumni services to current clients, including setting expectations for post-discharge communication and ongoing support. - Ensure alumni opt-in to communication platform prior to discharge. - Attend alumni support groups to enhance continuity. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Admissions to ensure timely follow-up and conversion opportunities. - Collaborate with Clinical leadership regarding risk escalation protocols. - Participate in pipeline and census discussions as appropriate to support alumni conversion strategy. - Performs other duties, as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree, Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or related field. - A minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in mental health field. - Experience in admissions, alumni engagement, outreach, or client relationship management preferred. Requirements - Strong relational and consultative communication skills. - Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment. - Ability to recognize risk indicators and escalate appropriately. - High organization and follow-through with multiple concurrent communication threads. - Ability to balance warmth with professional boundaries. - Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Basic knowledge of general office equipment is required. - Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English, both verbally and in writing is a requirement. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. - Strong communication skills.
