Business Development Manager

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.

• Plan and oversee new product launches across SBDs multiple strategic business units. • Lead and execute comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan. • Develop demand and sales of products by investigating and resolving customer problems. • Work with cross functional team to clearly establish deadlines and new product roadmaps. • Drive for simplified, effective procedures when launching new product. • Responsible for educating and communicating to the salesforce on new product. • Develop marketing vision, strategies, and tactics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred).
  • 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Must have the ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Skilled at building and aligning a team to the overall strategic plan.
  • Ability to collaborate with the appropriate internal team members to resolve problems.
