• Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across different locations and time zones • Oversee the full recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance • Assign roles to recruiters, monitor progress, and make sure hiring goals are met • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities • Review recruitment pipelines and help recruiters move candidates through the process efficiently • Improve recruiting workflows, communication, reporting, and team performance • Track hiring progress, open positions, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity • Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve results and candidate quality • Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal managers • Support international hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activity across multiple markets • Maintain accurate information in the ATS and ensure proper use of recruitment tools • Help build strong sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
- Experience working with international teams is required
- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus

• Build targeted sourcing lists for RPO and Retained Search engagements using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and network mapping • Identify and source qualified talent for US-based roles across Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR functions, ranging from individual contributor to Director-level positions. • Research target companies and prospective candidates’ career history to identify potential job-fits and support outreach efforts for active recruiting engagements. • Develop, tailor, and execute personalized outreach messages to potential prospects on LinkedIn and via email, leveraging approved templates to maximize candidate engagement and response rates. • Manage candidate communication; provide timely responses, clear next-step coordination, as well as disposition emails, maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor throughout. • Conduct initial discovery conversations with interested candidates to assess general alignment before screening • Conduct 20 to 30-minute structured phone or video screens with US-based candidates on RPO with Phone Screens and Retained Search engagements • Maintain records of complete standardized documentation for every screened candidate, following established procedures and evaluation criteria. • Maintain accurate and timely records in the relevant ATS including outreach activity, screening outcomes, interview progression, and disposition reasons on every candidate contacted • Provide a weekly sourcing update to the Practice Leader covering pipeline status, active prospects, screens completed, and any blockers • Coordinate with the Sourcing and Operations Manager on candidate handoffs, ownership of follow-up, and distinction between inbound applicant and outbound prospects.
Role Description MGT is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own and lead recruiting efforts for our growing management consulting practice. This individual will serve as both a full-cycle recruiter and campus recruiting lead, helping attract, assess, and hire exceptional consulting talent across experienced hire and university pipelines. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition at MGT. The ideal candidate will bring experience in management consulting, consulting recruiting, or professional services recruiting and will be comfortable owning both recruiting strategy and hands-on execution. In this role you will: - Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for consulting roles across the firm, including Analysts, Associate Consultants, Engagement Managers, and specialized hires. - Partner closely with consulting leadership to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities. - Build and manage relationships with top universities, student organizations, career centers, and MBA programs. - Serve as the primary campus recruiting liaison for MGT, coordinating recruiting events, interview processes, and internship programs. - Source and engage high-caliber candidates from consulting firms, graduate programs, and adjacent industries. - Own the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. - Develop and improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and talent tracking systems. - Manage recruiting operations, including scheduling, pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with hiring teams. - Support employer branding initiatives, recruiting marketing, and thought leadership efforts. - Take initiative in building scalable recruiting strategies and identifying opportunities to improve talent acquisition outcomes. - Represent MGT with professionalism and credibility when engaging candidates, universities, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
