• Identify new business opportunities in application performance and network security testing; develop and present business cases • Define and maintain a differentiated product roadmap aligned to VIAVI’s CyberFlood product strategy, market trends, and customer priorities • Serve as VIAVI’s eyes and ears in the market—meeting with customers worldwide to present solutions • Drive the full product lifecycle from conception and requirements definition through engineering collaboration, solution launch, sales enablement, and end-of-life planning • Collaborate with corporate marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies

• Own the Insight Cash roadmap, balancing customer commitments, platform migration, and longer-term strategic investments • Maintain a clear prioritization framework and surface tradeoffs so stakeholders understand how decisions get made • Translate business goals and customer needs into a product vision the team can rally around • Lead ongoing discovery through customer conversations, interviews, field visits, and feedback from Client Solutions and Support • Become the internal authority on casino cage and cash operations workflows • Partner with Engineering and QA to define, refine, and deliver features, writing clear requirements and maintaining a healthy backlog • Drive release planning across Product, Engineering, QA, and Client Solutions • Evaluate where AI capabilities can create real value in Insight Cash, and champion AI tooling across the development lifecycle

• Helping to identify the right problems we need to solve, and guiding our work to where it will have the highest impact. • Leading the development of new products, features, and other technical interventions that make it hard and expensive for bad actors to undermine the security and privacy guarantees we make to our users. • Driving a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science, community management, and other functions, to iteratively create and deploy these changes. • Driving product planning and feature prioritization with a focus on user impact, while using data and community feedback to drive decisions. • Proactively seeking ideas and feedback from user communities before and throughout product development, and generally maintaining strong and candid relationships with these communities on behalf of WMF and the PSI team. • Maintaining an understanding of current technologies and developments in online safety, security, and privacy.
