Role Description We are seeking an Account Manager (AM) to develop and close growth opportunities within our existing customer base. You’ll need to build relationships with customers in your territory, identify opportunities for upsell or account expansion, and demonstrate the value of additional PerformYard capabilities to drive revenue growth and retention. The Account Manager will be a member of our sales team, reporting into our Sr. Director of Sales and will directly impact our growing revenue targets and retention goals. This is a 100% Remote Position - now & forever. What You’ll Do: - Generate qualified meetings for yourself and partner with Customer Success and Marketing on warm leads - Demonstrate the value of additional PerformYard products on a variety of customer meetings - Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to learn about and be able to demonstrate product releases, enhancements, and updates to customers - Effectively manage an active sales pipeline of growth opportunities across your territory - Build strong relationships with current customers to help identify areas of opportunity for upsell and increased product value - Maintain an accurate sales forecast on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and manage your personal sales pipeline - Leverage CRM tools and sales automation to constantly make yourself more efficient Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree - 3+ years of experience in sales, account executive, business development, or account management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS industry - At least 1+ year in a quota carrying account management role, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets - Experience managing current customer upsell opportunities and negotiating contract details - A demonstrated track record of success in B2B SaaS sales roles - Strong internal and external communication skills and the ability to present multiple products seamlessly Requirements - Experience with QBRs and developing strategic account plans - Strong public speaking skills and organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to develop and manage Executive relationships - Familiarity with renewal processes Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision health insurance benefits w/ HSA plan - Disability insurance - 401k plan - Generous PTO - Paid holidays - Other benefits

Qualifications - Completed degree in medical sciences, economics or a related field. - Minimum of 1 years' experience in a relevant commercial, clinical or healthcare-related role. - Knowledge of the cardiovascular and/or peripheral interventions field. - Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to build credibility and establish trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. - Strong customer focus with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop action plans. - Fluent in Dutch and English. - Reside within the North/East region of the Netherlands or be willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. Requirements - Minimum of 1 years' experience in account management, sales or business development within the medical device or healthcare industry. - Experience working with physicians, hospitals and healthcare decision-makers. - Understanding of tender processes and healthcare procurement environments. - Experience developing and executing strategic account plans. - Knowledge of health economics and value-based healthcare discussions. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
