Role Description Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way. - Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé clients regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods. - Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition and dietary restrictions of the consumers and their children or babies. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. - Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines. - Behave as an ambassador for our brands and products. - Inform customers about new products, functionalities, and campaigns, if any. - Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents. - Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making. - Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner. - Redirect consumers' questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer. Qualifications - Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in English. - Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, Life Science, Food Science, or similar. - 1 year+ Experience advising clients to make good food intake choices and meal planning. - Baby and adult nutrition knowledge (steps for baby and diet intake for adult). - First experience in customer relations. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Capable of Multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely. - Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies.
