Compensation Analyst

• Collaborate with People Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and cross-functional leaders to deliver timely compensation insights and recommendations. • Design, build, and maintain compensation datasets, reporting and summary outputs, and stakeholder-facing tools. • Optimize compensation structures, pay programs, benchmarking methodologies, and reporting workflows. • Lead by example in applying data accuracy, analytical rigor, confidentiality, and consistent compensation standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 2-5 years of professional experience in data and compensation analysis, including delivering data insights and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with HiBob (compensation), equity management platforms (e.g., Carta, Slice, and others), ADP integrations, compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer), benchmarking methodologies, and advanced Excel and analytic tools.
