• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to define testing scope • Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution • Participate in defect triage sessions and collaborate closely with development teams • Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before release • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required • Contribute to improving QA processes, standards, and testing practices • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, estimation, and retrospectives • Provide clear and timely status updates on testing progress, risks, and quality metrics

• Actively participate in the planning, designing, documentation, and implementation of automated end-to-end test scenarios across API, web, mobile, SAP, and database layers • Execute automated tests through CI/CD pipelines and analyze results to identify failures, reduce flakiness, and suggest improvements • Develop and maintain automation scripts and keyword libraries in Python and Robot Framework, ensuring reusability and maintainability • Work closely with product squads to map new test scenarios from user stories and contribute to continuously raising the quality bar across the platform • Leverage Azure DevOps Pipelines and QA tooling to keep test execution fast, reliable, and integrated into the development workflow • Take on a variety of responsibilities that align with your main duties, fostering a dynamic and engaging work environment

• Own functional testing for platform products, including test planning, test design, execution, and quality assurance for releases. • Perform API testing and understand the overall service invocation flow, including upstream/downstream dependencies across long and complex backend chains. • Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering frontend, backend, strategy, and algorithm-driven interactions. • Validate personalized user experiences, ensuring correctness and consistency across different user segments, feature exposure, UI variations, and content delivery. • Build and improve test coverage, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes for complex platform capabilities. • Explore and drive the adoption of AI in testing, including: - AI-assisted test case generation and coverage improvement - AI-driven end-to-end automation testing - Intelligent approaches to improve testing efficiency in complex scenarios. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Strategy teams to identify issues, drive root cause analysis, and ensure quality closure. • Continuously improve testing approaches and propose innovative quality solutions for evolving business scenarios.

• Provides technical support to strengthen DMEAL quality assurance, measurement, and continuous improvement across sponsorship-funded, grant-funded, and privately funded programming • Support the development, refinement, simplification, and rollout of practical DMEAL standards, tools, guidance, and quality assurance processes for sponsorship-funded programming • Provide technical input and coordination to strengthen quality assurance across programme assessment, design, planning, implementation, monitoring, review, and adaptation processes for Field Offices • Support cross-funding-stream DMEAL quality assurance by contributing to alignment across sponsorship-funded, grant-funded, and privately funded programming • Capture, synthesize, and disseminate learning from quality assurance reviews, implementation experience, data trends, and cross-portfolio practice to inform programme adaptation, guidance updates, organizational learning, and donor positioning • Provide targeted technical assistance, facilitation, thought partnership, and capacity strengthening to Regional, Field Office, and Support Office teams
