In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie direkt mit dem Gründer zusammen und übernehmen organisatorische, administrative und operative Themen, damit er sich vollständig auf Wachstum, Strategie, neue Projekte und Unternehmensentwicklung konzentrieren kann. Wir suchen eine Person, die nicht nur Aufgaben verwaltet, sondern Verantwortung übernimmt, Probleme eigenständig löst und Themen zuverlässig vorantreibt. - Kommunikation mit Anwälten, Steuerberatern, Versicherungen und Dienstleistern - Reiseplanung und Reiseorganisation - Terminmanagement und Koordination - Nachverfolgung von Fristen, offenen Aufgaben und Projekten - Recherche zu geschäftlichen und privaten Themen - Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen - Vergleich und Auswahl von Dienstleistern - Verwaltung und Organisation wichtiger Dokumente - Unterstützung bei internationalen Projekten - Koordination verschiedenster organisatorischer Herausforderungen Ein Beispiel aus dem Alltag: Der Gründer benötigt einen spezialisierten Steuerberater in Portugal. Sie recherchieren passende Ansprechpartner, führen erste Gespräche, vergleichen die Optionen und präsentieren konkrete Empfehlungen inklusive Vor- und Nachteilen. Nach der Entscheidung organisieren Sie die Umsetzung. Qualifications - Erfahrung in einer Rolle mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, z.
