Role Description The role of the Executive Assistant at 4-Horn Management LLC is a key position in our company, providing high-level administrative support to our executive team. The individual in this role will need to be exceptionally organized, capable of multi-tasking, and have a professional demeanor with the capacity to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. - Manage executive's calendars, appointments and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit communications, presentations and other documents. - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements. - Coordinate project-based work and ensure timely completion. - Maintain professional relationships with clients and staff both internally and externally. - Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, creating agendas and taking meeting minutes when necessary. - Adhere to compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and laws. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Discretion and confidentiality, as the role involves access to sensitive information. - Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem-solving skills and initiative.
