• Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display. • Manage the performance of assigned client accounts, ensuring campaigns contribute to revenue growth and profitability. • Develop testing frameworks for campaign structure, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and ad copy. • Analyze account performance and translate data into actionable optimization plans. • Monitor key business metrics such as ROAS, MER, CAC, revenue contribution, and overall spend efficiency. • Collaborate with internal media buying specialists to exchange insights and solve performance challenges. • Support creative development by providing feedback, creative briefs, and ad copy recommendations. • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. • Maintain clear communication with clients through Slack, reporting, and regular performance meetings. • Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and emerging e-commerce trends.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display campaigns.
- Experience working with performance-driven KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, MER, and revenue growth.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and a working knowledge of Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
