• The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across search,social, and programmatic platforms. • Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, this role focuses on implementing Rocket Clicks’ playbooks, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting strategic decision-making for Family Law Firm clients. • As a hands-on contributor, you’ll manage paid media accounts within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. • You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are built correctly, tracking is functioning accurately, and performance aligns with established KPIs. • You’ll collaborate closely with your Paid Media Manager to deliver exceptional results and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns to achieve or exceed key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, or cost-per-lead efficiency
  • Proven ability to manage $20,000+ in monthly ad spend across multiple clients or brands, ensuring strong pacing, targeting accuracy, and budget utilization
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining campaigns within: Paid Search: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads; Paid Social: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads (or similar platforms); Programmatic: StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics, including setup, QA, and troubleshooting via tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience interpreting data and creating actionable performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio or platform dashboards
  • Prior agency or client-facing experience preferred — especially within performance-driven or lead generation industries
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, creative experimentation, and campaign iteration based on data-driven insights
  • Exposure to automation tools, scripts, or AI-driven optimization is a plus.

Role Description We are seeking an HVAC Paid Media Specialist to own and optimize lead-generation campaigns for HVAC and home-services businesses across the US. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who has direct experience running paid ads for HVAC or similar service-based industries and understands how to drive calls, booked jobs, and revenue—not just clicks. This role focuses heavily on Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), with additional exposure to Meta Ads and upper-funnel channels. Candidates without real HVAC or home-services paid media experience will not be considered.
