• Owning end-to-end sourcing activity across categories including influencer and marketing agency services, professional and consulting services, employee events, staffing and labour, and employee benefits • Leading RFx processes, direct negotiations, and contract execution across your category portfolio • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, People, and Finance to drive proactive pipeline management • Conducting category deep dives to identify spend under management, consolidation opportunities, and value levers • Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, pricing improvements, and value expansion • Supporting the development of category strategies that balance commercial outcomes with stakeholder needs • Contributing to scalable sourcing processes and tools as the Marketing & Business Services function continues to mature • Partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure procurement compliance across your categories, balancing speed, value, and risk
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology or multinational environment
- You're a confident negotiator who can hold your own in commercial conversations while maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
- You're analytical and comfortable using data to build a case, prioritise your portfolio, and demonstrate impact
- You bring structure to ambiguity, you can build a category plan from a blank page and execute it without constant direction
- You communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences, from a finance business partner to a marketing director
- You're energised by variety, you don't need to specialise in one category to thrive; you enjoy picking things up quickly and moving between contexts
- You have hands-on experience within Marketing Services categories + also General Services and bring genuine enthusiasm for the space
