Determine the need for more thorough investigation or additional information. - Spread financial statements and prepare financial models designed to assess probability of default and loss given default. Document historic and proforma cash flows, covenant calculations, sensitivity analysis, guarantor statement review, and collateral valuation as appropriate. - Analyze financial information and related materials to ensure prudent ongoing credit monitoring for the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio. Analyses to include an independent credit quality assessment with well-supported risk rating rationale, identification of credit risks and mitigants, industry concerns, market trends, financial trends, and other pertinent credit issues. Identify emerging risks or material changes in customers financial position, including evaluation of compliance with loan agreements. - Assist in completion of annual reviews, renewals, interim update memos, covenant calculations and criticized asset reviews.
