Title: Paid Media and Digital Manager Location: Washington, DC Job Description: Full Time Mid Level Level: Journeyman | Work Location: Remote ABOUT THE ROLE Red Carrot is seeking a Paid Media and Digital Manager to support media strategy, execution, and performance reporting for a federal program. This role brings strong hands-on experience managing paid media across digital platforms and contributes to broader media efforts under the strategic guidance of the Director. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Support cross-channel media planning and execution with strategic guidance from the Director - Manage digital advertising efforts across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others - Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable reporting - Use analytics tools to assess performance trends, audience behavior, and media effectiveness - Advise internal teams on paid media and digital best practices and lead execution of relevant tactics, including paid advertising creative production - Collaborate with strategists and creatives to ensure integrated execution across channels - Conduct light SEO performance monitoring and reporting to inform content and media decisions - Leverage AI-enabled platforms and features for campaign optimization, audience insights, and efficiency where appropriate - May be responsible for other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 5–7 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, including hands-on campaign execution and reporting - Experience managing paid media on social and search platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) - Basic understanding of SEO and content performance optimization - Familiarity with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and platform-specific dashboards - Comfortable making platform recommendations and optimizing campaigns based on performance data - Federal government experience strongly preferred Benefits at Red Carrot:     At Red Carrot, we empower you to be a leader.
