As Divisional Portfolio Manager, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver strong asset performance and an exceptional customer experience. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will translate Asset and Investment Management direction into on-the-ground outcomes-driving financial performance, operational excellence, and market-leading assets across your portfolio. About You You're a commercially astute and proactive property professional with proven experience in office asset management. You bring the ability to lead and inspire teams, manage competing priorities, and build trusted relationships that drive portfolio performance and deliver on fund objectives. You're also a clear, confident communicator, able to influence diverse stakeholders and present complex information with impact.
