Our The Experience Collective (ECx) is an established team of digital-first experts who sit at the intersection of strategy, creative, and technology to deliver audience-centric experiences through the right channels, tactics, and partners. Our Engagement Strategists are anchored by tech trends, audience digital habits, digital platform knowledge & best practices, creative technology, CX, and purposeful innovation. In addition to a background in digital strategy (or a related role), our Freelance Associate Director, Engagement Strategist will need to have a keen interest in emerging technologies. Together with other members of The Experience Collective (ECx), they’ll help us chart the future of healthcare marketing and get other teams and our clients excited about it! The Freelance Associate Director, Engagement Strategy position reports into the VP, Director of Engagement Strategy. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. - $100/hr - $110/hr
