• Edit interview videos to produce clean, professional, and client-ready final products, with openness to adopting industry-leading tools • Improve audio quality by removing noise, balancing levels, and ensuring clear sound • Enhance video quality through lighting correction, visual sharpening, and background cleanup when possible • Apply standardized formatting, branding, and structural guidelines across all interview videos • Ensure required candidate information and defined non-negotiables are clearly presented in each final video • Maintain consistent output so clients receive uniform and comparable interview presentations for every role • Collaborate with internal teams to align video output with evolving standards and quality requirements • Ensure each video clearly addresses required criteria, including skills, availability, communication level, and experience • Deliver final videos that reflect a high-quality, professional brand image • Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency across all roles and client submissions • Perform other tasks related to the position
Job Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration skills
- Proven professional experience in video editing
- Strong expertise in audio cleanup and enhancement
- Experience editing interview or presentation-style videos, highly preferred
- Ability to improve lighting, clarity, and visual presentation
- Experience with professional video editing software; open to utilizing industry-leading tools
- Strong attention to detail and formatting consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring editing workflows
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Out-of-the-box thinker, reliable, self-motivated, confident, with a positive attitude and a professional approach
- Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours
