We are seeking a Director of New Business to drive sales and grow Tongal’s overall revenue and customer base. This person will manage all aspects of the sales process, including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, closing deals, expanding accounts, and will play an integral role in the success of the overall Business Development team. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain prospect and customer target list - Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and move multiple transactions simultaneously through the pipeline to close - Manage prospective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle - Originate new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building - Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system - Coordinate pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle - Lead presentations, product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers - Maintain customer relationships post-close and drive adoption and usage - Execute land-and-expand sales strategies to grow existing account size - Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast through the CRM system - Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products - Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff - Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts as needed - Attend conferences, summits, and client gatherings to further client relationships and drive new sales opportunities and incremental revenue - Plan & strategize marketing activities with Marketing

We are currently seeking an Associate Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the content production process, assisting with a variety of projects spanning from short-form video content to broadcast TV commercials, from animation to live action, graphic design, and digital marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about video storytelling and eager to contribute to innovative solutions that resonate with audiences. You will work directly with the producers on our team, and also collaborate closely with our talented creative community and clients to bring ideas to life, ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget. As an Associate Producer, you will have the opportunity to engage in remote video production on a wide variety of video projects, while managing timelines, and supporting both creative and operational aspects of full campaigns. This is a fast-paced and high-volume role, reflecting the nature of production, and requires a high level of organization and communication. Additionally, although our team is located all over the United States, we typically operate on Pacific Time, and prefer our team be available between 9am and 6pm PT. Responsibilities - Support the senior production staff in managing day-to-day operations and workflows for video production and other content creation. - Assist in the coordination of production schedules, timelines, and meetings for various projects. - Act as a liaison between clients and the creative community (e.g. directors, producers, animators, editors, designers, etc.) to ensure clear communication and expectations. - Collaborate with the Production team to brainstorm and develop new content ideas that align with client objectives. - Participate in video and design post-production processes, including reviewing edits and providing creative feedback. - Help craft project challenge briefs to translate a client’s key advertising objectives into engaging community-facing briefs that generate excitement and encourage creators in the community to submit pitches and participate, and ultimately deliver results.
