• Own and lead the Customer and sub-contractor contract negotiation phase for equipment, services and EPC contracts by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks • Own and lead the commercial tender response and competitive bid processes for projects within EMEA, analyzing commercial and legal aspects of Customer RFPs to develop a competitive submission to continue to grow the execution pipeline • Support the execution team in the delivery of our BESS projects, ensuring contracts are managed in a commercially sensible manner • Work with the procurement team to define tender strategies and requirements for our sub-contracts and evaluate bid results • Work with supply chain to capture competitive intelligence and generate insights on supply chain and BESS landscape • Actively identify opportunities to improve and develop best in class business processes which support continuous improvement of the business • Assist in team building initiatives, onboarding new talent and finding new members to grow the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Law, Business, Engineering or Finance or an equivalent field degree or work experience
  • Strong experience in commercial contract negotiations and tender management in the energy sector
  • Proficient in working with standard industry contract forms, e.g. FIDIC, NEC, JCT etc.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • Fluency in Spanish or German is favourable but not required.
  • Ability to form opinions and take critical decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data and under time pressure
  • Willingness and ability to travel to attend industry events and both team and Customer meetings
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence with executive level presentations
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and ability work well with others
  • Ability to manage multiple complex activities simultaneously
  • Dedicated to details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

The Card Manager ensures compliance with company policies, customer requirements, FAR/DFARS regulations, and internal controls while driving efficient card program and travel expense operations across the enterprise. The Card Manager serves as the primary liaison between employees, business leaders, banking partners, accounting, procurement, compliance, travel management, and audit teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP, Costpoint Accounts Payable, SAP Concur Expense module, expense management processes, government contracting requirements, and enterprise card program administration.
