• Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy and editorial calendar aligned with company goals, buyer personas, and key channels. • Own hands-on development of high-quality content across formats and channels, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, optimize SEO/GEO/AEO, and maximize discoverability. • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams, including demand generation, events, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. • Monitor content performance using KPIs and analytics, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and agency partners, while overseeing content governance, workflows, and operations for consistency and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role, ideally within SaaS or the manufacturing technology space.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing people, including leading team members and managing contractors and agency partners.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, emerging GEO/AEO strategies, and content optimization techniques for better search engine and LLM visibility.
  • Advanced writing and editing capabilities with an adaptable, brand-consistent tone, supported by a strong portfolio of B2B content and campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Role Description The Committee Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support for the Safety and Compliance Committee(s), maintaining oversight that all committee activities, meetings, documentation, and processes are efficiently managed and compliant with OPTN governance and HRSA oversight requirements. This role requires a strong ability to maintain detailed records, facilitate secure and transparent communication, and support coordination efforts with internal teams, HRSA, contractors, and committee stakeholders. Reporting to the Committee Operations Leads, the Committee Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring timely management of committee administration, maintenance of rosters and records, and coordination of committee activities. The Coordinator focuses on implementing established processes while providing detailed documentation, logistical support for meetings, and adherence to organizational protocols for the execution of committee functions.
