Role Description We are seeking a motivated and confident Patient Consultant to join our growing remote team. This is a fully remote position supporting Australian patients from your home office in the Philippines. You’ll work with patients who have already expressed interest in dental implant treatment, helping them understand their options and confidently move to the next stage of care. Note: This is a consultative, sales-focused role managing warm inbound enquiries only — no cold calling. What You’ll Do - Patient Engagement: Respond to patient enquiries via phone, SMS, email, and other communication channels. - Consultation: Conduct structured and empathetic consultations to understand patient needs and goals. - Relationship Building: Build trust and rapport with patients throughout their treatment journey. - Sales Guidance: Guide patients through treatment options using our consultative sales framework. - Scheduling: Book consultations and assist patients with next steps, including finance discussions and appointment scheduling. - Data Management: Maintain accurate records within our CRM systems. - Experience: Deliver an exceptional patient experience with every interaction. Qualifications - Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone manner. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - A sales-focused mindset with the ability to guide conversations and achieve outcomes ethically. - Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. - Experience in healthcare, customer service, call centres, appointment setting, or consultative sales is highly regarded but not essential. Requirements - Dedicated, quiet, and professional home office workspace. - Reliable high-speed internet connection. - Back up power and internet. - Ability to work Australian business hours. Our Call Centre runs from 8am – 8pm AEST. - Confidence using CRM systems, phone platforms, and digital communication tools.
