Risk Analyst
Remote Recruitment
• Identify and assess operational, financial, and strategic risks across business functions • Maintain the risk register and ensure it is kept accurate and up to date • Produce regular risk reports and present findings to senior stakeholders • Support the development and testing of business continuity and contingency plans • Work with department heads to embed risk management in day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of risk management or audit experience
- Understanding of risk frameworks such as ISO 31000 or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with experience producing risk reports and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
- Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise risk dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide clear, actionable insights into key risk exposures and emerging trends. • Establish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks to support risk committee reporting and specialties underneath (Operational Risk, Control Testing, etc.). • Partner cross-functionally with data owners, technology teams, and risk stakeholders to source, validate, and integrate data for reporting and analytics. • Oversee data quality by confirming integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all enterprise risk management reporting outputs, including the implementation of appropriate governance and controls. • Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities to improve usability in alignment with evolving business and risk management needs. • Lead the development of automated and scalable reporting solutions, reducing reliance on manual processes and improving efficiency. • It is the responsibility of this role to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.
• Define, document, and implement governance of Copilot. • Define, document, and implement compliance (and compliance enforcement) of Copilot agents. • Define, document, and implement governance of custom Copilot development via Copilot Studio. • Lead governance working sessions with key stakeholders in order to define Copilot governance and compliance. • Define, document, and implement compliance (and compliance enforcement) of custom Copilot development via Copilot Studio. • Provide guidance and training for Copilot use to end users. • Provide guidance and training for custom Copilot Studio development for citizen developers. • Author / Maintain MPP Governance document(s) and other MPP documentation (e.g. SOPs, presentations). • Work with CoP members / MPP platform team to ensure adherence to MPP Governance plan. • Answer questions related to standards / guidelines on Power Platform and Copilot development. • Provide recommendations and develop material around training developers and users related to the use of the Platform. • Conduct ad-hoc training as needed.
