Most salespeople who want to run their own thing never make it, because the hardest part isn't selling, it's finding people to sell to. We take that off the table. Qualifications - Graduação em Engenharia Agronômica (preferencialmente) ou Engenharias correlatas (Engenharia Agrícola, Engenharia Florestal) ou Tecnologia em Segurança do Trabalho ou curso superior em áreas correlatas com experiência comprovada de pelo menos 2 anos em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho Rural, gestão de riscos ocupacionais, prevenção de acidentes ou atividades relacionadas à SST no contexto agropecuário; - Pós-graduação (Doutorado, Mestrado ou especialização lato sensu) em uma das seguintes áreas de atuação: Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, Higiene Ocupacional, Ergonomia, Gestão de Riscos, Saúde do Trabalhador ou áreas afins; - Experiência profissional em Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, elaboração e acompanhamento de programas de gerenciamento de riscos, implementação de medidas preventivas, inspeções, auditorias ou atividades relacionadas à SST, preferencialmente no setor rural ou agroindustrial; - Experiência com docência no ensino médio, técnico e/ou superior; - Experiência e/ou formação em tutoria de curso a distância. • Serve as a key clinical SME embedded within product and AI teams • Perform first-line clinical risk and workflow assessments for product enhancements and new features • Support intake triage of Clinical Affairs requests • Represent Clinical Affairs in recurring product, engineering, and operational meetings • Draft clinical risk summaries, validation notes, and supporting documentation

• Define the ML data and feature strategy for fraud detection • Own the end-to-end feature engineering pipeline identifying, building, validating and promoting features that drive measurable improvements • Diagnose gaps between current tooling infrastructure and the solutions needed • Partner with Machine Learning Engineers to translate analytical insights into production-ready ML systems • Set technical direction for the ML Analytics function • Partner cross-functionally with Product Managers and Risk analysts to surface fraud signals • Serve as the team's institutional knowledge resource on ML industry evolution
