Bilingual Travel Customer Service Representative, Cantonese

• Deliver polished, professional service via phone, email, and chat • Assist customers with travel-related, lifestyle loyalty program needs including guiding customers on how to get the most of their travel benefits • Book and manage customized travel for flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS systems • Support members with cancellations, re-bookings, unexpected travel disruptions, and planning complex travel itineraries • The goal of this role is to provide professional, seamless customer experience with every interaction.
Job Requirements
- Strong geographical knowledge and genuine passion for travel
- A passion for helping customers and solving problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask across multiple systems and requests
- Attention to detail and strong time management
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Relevant Travel Industry Certification may be required, in accordance with local requirements
- Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo etc.) is highly valued
- Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued
- Minimum of 2 years of travel, airline, or hospitality experience
- Minimum of 2 years of interactive customer service experience
- Call center (1+ year) or high-volume service experience preferred
- Personal global travel experience is an asset
- Must located in British Columbia, CAN
- Flexibility to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have a private work-from-home environment with reliable hardwired internet
- Ability to pass required background screening
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
