• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children • Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of the client • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide wrap-around support • Attend family care meetings with other providers • Comply with clinic policies and state, federal, and licensing board laws/requirements • Maintain documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards • Team members must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.
Job Requirements
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
- Knowledge in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
