The Senior Actuarial Analyst will be a vital contributor to the Optum Health reserving and forecasting team, focused on supporting Optum Care monthly reserving and quarterly forecasting. This role is responsible for developing and executing monthly reserving and quarterly forecasting processes that enhance consistency, transparency, and collaboration across Optum. Role Description We are seeking two experienced Sr Beaker Analysts to support the Norton LIS team on a contract basis. These consultants will play a critical role in delivering project-based work, owning initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute Beaker-related projects independently, from initial planning through implementation and support. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope, requirements, and deliverables. - Configure, optimize, and support Epic Beaker modules, primarily within AP and CP workflows. - Provide subject matter expertise in laboratory information systems and best practices. - Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. - Work cross-functionally with internal Norton teams, providing guidance and insight as needed.
