• Develop and implement strategy for increasing sales and profits with potential new strategic customers. • Target and aggressively pursue new Corporate Account customers. • Coordinate needs of specific customers. • Coordinate activities with key suppliers. • Identify opportunities at assigned potential accounts, and communicate those opportunities to appropriate employees. • Transition new accounts to Business Management. • Develop key relationships with assigned accounts.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in progressively more responsible sales, marketing, and/or operating experience required.
- Previous Account Representative experience preferred.
- 4 year degree preferred.
- Experience with sales, marketing, and operating processes.
- Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques; pricing strategies and techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to make oral and written presentations to audiences of different sizes and varied backgrounds.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Ability to execute plans on time, on budget, and achieve successful results.
- Travel required 20-30%.

BAE Systems is seeking an EVMS Control Account Manager to join our dynamic team in York, Pennsylvania, or Sterling Heights, Michigan, with the potential to grow your career and develop new skills. While the role can be performed remotely, occasional travel to either York, Pennsylvania, or Sterling Heights, Michigan, will be necessary. About the Role: As an EVMS Control Account Manager, you will play a leading role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our EVMS framework. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Quality Program Manager (QPM), EV Finance, Scheduling, and Program Management to plan and manage scope of work within schedule and budget, as well as the Capture Teams during the bidding phase for future business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to apply your EVMS expertise in a broader context, driving project success and contributing to Quality initiatives in our Combat Mission Systems (CMS) business area.
