Role Description Buscamos un Scrum Master con experiencia comprobada liderando equipos ágiles de desarrollo de software, facilitando la adopción de marcos de trabajo ágiles y promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua. Este rol será responsable de garantizar la correcta implementación de Scrum, eliminar impedimentos, facilitar la colaboración entre equipos y stakeholders, y asegurar que los equipos alcancen sus objetivos de manera efectiva, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad, predictibilidad y entrega de valor. Qualifications - Bachillerato universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o carreras afines.
