Account Manager, Client Services

• Own and manage key client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and successful program delivery. • Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, building trusted relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. • Drive project planning and execution — including scope development, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Lead client meetings, presentations, reporting, and post-program recaps with clear insights and recommendations. • Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver integrated, high-quality work that meets or exceeds objectives. • Oversee scope management and financial tracking to ensure programs are delivered on time and on budget. • Anticipate risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain momentum and client confidence. • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering accountability and professional growth. • Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals, pitch support, and organic account expansion.
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand marketing, client services, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Strong financial and scope management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong strategic judgment.
