Associate Director, Product Management – Neuro

Viz.ai

• Own the roadmap for Viz.ai’s Neuro Suite • Translate clinical needs into elegant, scalable software solutions for care coordination • Partner with inbound product, engineering, UX, and clinical teams to prioritize features that improve detection, triage, and downstream treatment planning • Bring hands-on knowledge of hospital operations, stroke program coordination, or neurosurgery/perioperative workflows to every decision • Collaborate with product marketing to define positioning and messaging tailored to neuro audiences • Enable field teams through internal training and cross-functional alignment • Support customer discovery, conference presence, and competitive insights

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in healthcare technology, with 3+ years of SaaS product management experience in digital health or care coordination platforms
  • 3+ years of direct experience launching digital or SaaS healthcare products into clinical markets
  • 5+ years Real-world clinical or hospital experience is required: stroke coordinator, neuroscience program manager, neuro OR, or quality/process improvement in neuro settings
  • Proven record of translating clinical workflows into successful software products
  • Deep understanding of multi-specialty care coordination in neurology or related domains
  • Strong product execution skills and stakeholder collaboration across engineering, UX, clinical, and commercial functions
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), FDA-regulated environments, and EMR integrations
