Senior Project Coordinator

• Own the scheduling of client on-sites, project meetings, working sessions, and recurring syncs across internal teams and external vendors • Drive meeting preparation end to end, producing agendas, pre-reads, and materials • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with overlapping timelines • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Own the integrity and accuracy of project management systems • Monitor progress against milestones and proactively flag risks, blockers, and delays • Serve as a central coordination hub for cross-functional project communication • Drive weekly status reporting and meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, education, nonprofit, or similarly fast-paced environments
  • Experience in maintaining and keeping current large trackers across diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfort and proficiency with project and productivity tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, Notion)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Ability to operate independently, manage complex stakeholder dynamics, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight
  • Unwavering discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
