• Own the Commerce Operations Roadmap: Define and drive the end-to-end product vision across HighLevel's full operations surface - Orders, Subscriptions, Transactions, Inventory, Fulfillment, Taxation, Coupons, and Gift Cards — ensuring each domain is built as a composable, reliable primitive that serves the platform as a whole. • Build the Subscription Lifecycle: Own how plans, entitlements, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, pauses, and dunning flows work across the platform - building subscription management that handles the full complexity of real SMB billing, from simple recurring charges to tiered, usage-based, and trial-gated plans. • Define the Ledger & Internal Accounting Layer: Lead the product definition and build of HighLevel's internal accounting layer — the authoritative system of record for every money-in and money-out event - designed from day one as the foundation for embedded accounting that keeps businesses running their books inside HighLevel. • Enable Third-Party Accounting Compatibility: Design the integration surface that allows users who prefer external accounting software to sync HighLevel commerce data seamlessly - ensuring field mapping accuracy, reconciliation reliability, and a sync experience that requires zero manual intervention. • Own Order Management & Fulfillment: Define how orders are created, modified, fulfilled, partially fulfilled, returned, and cancelled - building the state machine and merchant-facing workflows that make order operations reliable across every commerce surface, from storefronts to invoices to subscriptions. • Build for Variable Granularity: Ensure every operational entity - order, fulfillment event, invoice, subscription, payment — is optional and composable. A business running on invoices alone and a business running a full order-fulfillment-invoice-payment chain must both be fully supported, with frictionless paths between granularity levels. • Lead Inventory Management: Define the inventory layer - stock levels, reservations, adjustments, multi-location support, and low-stock signals - ensuring the platform correctly tracks physical goods across the full commerce lifecycle and exposes inventory state to every consuming surface. • Shape Taxation & Compliance Infrastructure: Own the product strategy for tax calculation, tax code mapping, and compliance — across transaction types and geographies - ensuring HighLevel handles tax obligations correctly as merchants operate in multiple regions and as the platform expands internationally. • Define Coupons, Promotions & Gift Cards: Build the discount and gift card infrastructure - coupon creation and validation, promotion rules, gift card issuance and redemption, balance tracking - ensuring these tools are expressive enough for merchant needs while enforcing correct financial accounting at every step. • Own the Developer & Marketplace API Surface: Define and own the public API layer that external developers, agencies, and marketplace partners consume - ensuring commerce operations APIs are well-designed, stable, versioned, and expressive enough to support the full range of third-party integration and build use cases. • Drive Cross-Functional Platform Alignment: Collaborate with the PIM, Documents, Onboarding, and Payments teams to ensure the operations layer exposes the primitives they depend on - and that operational events such as order placement, invoice issuance, and subscription renewal trigger the correct downstream behaviors reliably and consistently.
