Epic Kids
• Support the planning, execution, and iteration of product initiatives across Epic’s platform • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences • Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement • Help optimize key user journeys such as content discovery, search, recommendations, onboarding, and engagement • Translate user feedback, business needs, and data insights into clear product ideas and actionable next steps • Contribute to product documentation, roadmaps, experiment design, and launch planning • Monitor feature performance after launch and recommend improvements based on results • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital consumer products, education technology, or personalization systems
- Preferred experience working on or closely supporting search, recommendation, discovery, ranking, or content optimization features
- Understanding of basic product optimization methods, such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, KPI tracking, and hypothesis-driven iteration
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with product and business metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Passion for Epic’s mission to inspire kids to read and learn
