• Manage and maintain our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment • Design, implement, and improve infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency • Manage networking, compute resources, databases, storage, and cloud services • Monitor system health and proactively address performance bottlenecks • Build and maintain centralized logging and monitoring solutions • Create dashboards and alerts for system health, application performance, and business-critical workflows • Establish operational metrics and usage tracking across the platform • Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts • Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and applications • Manage identity and access controls, secrets management, and environment security • Conduct security reviews and vulnerability remediation • Assist with compliance initiatives and audit readiness • Improve deployment pipelines and release processes • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows • Enhance development environments and deployment reliability • Improve uptime, resiliency, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes • Establish service-level objectives and operational standards • Partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to support company initiatives

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of CI/CD, DevOps, and Platform engineers • Champion a culture of security and operational excellence • Set direction and hold the team accountable for maturing the platforms, pipelines, and guardrails that enable developers to deliver secure code • Ensure the team delivers and maintains automated supply chain security controls—including SCA/SAST scanning, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation, artifact signing/provenance verification, and secrets detection • Champion secure and safe release practices for our Internal Cloud Agent infrastructure • Partner with engineering and product to drive a joint vision for self-service developer portals that reduce cognitive load for engineering squads • Ensure the team designs and operates robust pipelines and declarative deployment systems that deliver safe, incremental, and highly auditable software releases at scale • Ensure the team implements and operates strict policy controls within the delivery space • Establish performance and cost expectations for CI/CD infrastructure • Partner with engineering leadership, product stakeholders, and security teams to define and prioritize the team's technical roadmap

• Maintain and support core infrastructure systems with deep knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu preferred) • Work close to the metal: BIOS, IPMI, RAID setups, and hardware-level diagnostics are part of your comfort zone • Design and maintain scalable networks using VLANs, L2/L3 routing, VPNs, and especially UniFi equipment • Automate infrastructure provisioning and operations with Ansible, Bash/Python, and Git-based workflows • Set up and manage observability stacks, including Prometheus/Grafana for metrics and Graylog, ELK, or Loki for log centralization • Build tooling for server discovery, config auto-generation, automated OS deployments, PXE/Preseed/Cloud-init, and strong MAAS-based provisioning • Integrate and/or develop internal APIs for tracking compute and GPU resource allocation, as well as external APIs (billing, monitoring, OpenStack, etc.) • Deploy and maintain virtualization and orchestration systems such as OpenStack (preferably with Kolla-Ansible), Proxmox VE, or VMware ESXi • Support container-based workloads and isolate services efficiently

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery • Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and high availability • Develop and maintain Helm charts for containerized application deployments • Manage and support production Kafka environments • Partner with development teams to improve application reliability, security, and performance • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements • Monitor system health and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes • Lead technical initiatives and recommend platform improvements and architectural enhancements • Define and implement Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, performing root cause analysis • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and platform reliability • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
