• Facilitation, mapping and proposal of solutions for business needs. • Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet them. • Assist the Product Owner in decomposing business needs by identifying system requirements generated/impacted in the form of user stories to start sprint execution. • Knowledge of system/software development. • Identify and map business needs in a practical and visual way. • Represent business needs as maps, business requirements and user stories; • Master concepts of business analysis and process, user-centered design and agile methods. • Have facilitation skills and the ability to run workshops using techniques such as: Design Thinking; Design Sprint; Business Model Canvas; UX Design; Lean Inception; BPM. • Knowledge of business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and agile requirements. • Understand existing business processes, products and services and their rules with the goal of providing IT solutions whenever necessary; • Understand the needs of business managers and clients/users to propose solutions. • Knowledge of the methods: SCRUM; Kanban; Lean IT. • Knowledge of IT tools and solutions to solve business problems, with the ability to identify IT services that can be reused across different businesses or stages of a business process.
Job Requirements
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology areas; or a bachelor's degree in any field plus a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology.
- Desired Certifications: UX-PM Level 2, PSU - Professional Scrum with User Experience I, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), CBPP
