AI Solutions Analyst

• Interview staff and conduct workflow discovery sessions to understand current business processes, inputs, and desired outputs before designing any AI solution • Design, build, test, verify, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agent instructions using platforms such as Rafio, Claude, and related tools • Break large, complex workflow challenges into manageable, testable components then integrate them into a cohesive solution • Iterate persistently on prompts, agent configurations, and workflows until outputs meet the standard staff need • Use AI tools to debug AI tools, diagnosing why a workflow or agent is not performing and knowing how to fix it • Identify and document bugs and integration issues, and collaborate with platform and technology teams to resolve them • Develop workflow instructions and documentation that support staff in using AI tools proficiently • Collaborate with a manager on prioritization and with cross-functional colleagues on requirements gathering • Contribute to the firm's evolving AI governance practices and help shape how AI is responsibly deployed at Raftelis
