Job Requirements

- Experience creating animations and motion graphics.

Role Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the execution of internal communications and employer branding initiatives, working closely with both the Talent and Communications teams. This role will focus on bringing visibility, structure, and consistency to all Talent-related initiatives, ensuring a clear and engaging employee experience across the organization. It is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a leadership position, with strong collaboration across teams. - Draft and distribute internal communications (policies, organizational updates, working conditions, etc.) - Manage and execute the internal communications calendar, ensuring consistency across topics and channels. - Ensure alignment in tone of voice, messaging, and formats across all internal communications. - Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives. - Contribute to making the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) clear and visible across the organization. - Identify key Talent initiatives and ensure proper internal visibility and communication. - Prepare and share regular communications around benefits and employee-related topics. - Support Talent activities such as internal mobility actions, events, and employer branding initiatives (e.g. job fairs). - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective communication.
