Role Description We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. Remote Role What you'll do: - Maintain and QA Revenue Operations self-serve tables in Snowflake to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data for business users. - Monitor recurring data refreshes and reporting dependencies across Snowflake and Looker; investigate inconsistencies and partner with IT/Data teams to resolve source or transformation issues. - Review Looker dashboards for broken tiles, outdated logic, refresh failures, and data discrepancies; coordinate fixes and ongoing maintenance. - Maintain operational reports and dashboards that support SFDC data quality, case queue management, exception reporting, and sales visibility. - Manage the Salesforce case queue, including intake, prioritization, resolution, and escalation of Revenue Operations requests. - Support SFDC case work such as account updates, owner/reassignment changes, merge requests, NCOs, report/dashboard requests, and general help requests. - Own SFDC/NetSuite exception reporting, sync reconciliation, and recurring data hygiene workflows; identify, investigate, and resolve incomplete, inaccurate, or unsynced records, including CMs and invoices not syncing to SFDC. - Execute approved Salesforce bulk updates with appropriate QA, field mapping, approval documentation, and post-load validation. - Support recurring operational processes such as quarter-end cleanup, pipeline/account/opportunity hygiene, SFDC opportunity cleanup for compensation or exception issues, case queue cleanup, and other RevOps maintenance activities. - Document standard operating procedures and recommend process improvements, automation, or reporting enhancements that reduce manual work and increase accuracy. - Support specialized operational workflows such as contract controlling and partner deal registration tracking/reporting, as assigned. - Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analyst role, preferably in B2B SaaS/software. - Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards, record updates, data cleanup, and operational request support. - Working knowledge of SQL and experience validating or troubleshooting data in Snowflake or another data warehouse. - Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar; Looker maintenance experience preferred. - Experience executing Salesforce bulk updates using Workbench or similar tools preferred. - Strong Excel skills for data cleanup, validation, pivots, lookups, and QA. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage recurring and ad hoc requests. - Clear communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and maintain high data quality standards.
