Role Description Redpanda is building the Agentic Data Platform (ADP) — the streaming and data infrastructure the world's largest enterprises run mission-critical agents on. Field Deployed Engineering (FDE) is the delivery arm. We embed engineers directly with strategic customers and build the agents and integrations that turn ADP into owned outcomes. This role is the networking specialist on the FDE team. You are the person customers' network, security, and platform teams sit across from when we deploy ADP into their environment. Many enterprise ADP deployments cross a private network boundary — into a VPC, across a hybrid network, behind an identity-aware proxy, integrated with public SaaS surfaces (Teams, Slack, identity providers, model APIs). The topology is never simple. You make it work. This is not a network engineer staffing a NOC. You are an engineer who can read code, build integrations, and ship — but your specialty is the network topology side of FDE engagements, where many enterprise deployments actually get stuck. You Will: - Own the deployment topology of major enterprise engagements. - Design and lock the network architecture for each customer: - VPC layout - Ingress/egress - Private connectivity - DNS - Identity-aware proxying - Public-SaaS-to-private-VPC bridges - Document the architecture so it survives handoff. - Translate customer constraints into a workable architecture. - Herd customer-side teams: - Network - Security - Platform - Identity - Build the integrations that bridge the gap. - Build alongside world-class Redpanda engineers to help shape ADP itself. - Be the topology authority across the FDE function. - Feed learnings back. Qualifications - Production networking depth. - Code that runs in production. - SaaS-to-private-network integration patterns. - Customer-facing communication. - Patience for cross-team work. Requirements - Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, defense / public sector). - Experience with air-gapped or BYOC deployments. - Background in zero-trust / identity-aware networking. - Experience in a forward-deployed model. Role Description We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and enhance features across our backend services and frontend applications. You will work in Node.js/NestJS/TypeScript for backend logic and React/Tailwind CSS for user interfaces, ensuring smooth API integrations and delivering high-quality, user-facing functionality. - Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using NestJS , TypeScript , and MySQL . - Implement frontend components and views in React and Tailwind CSS based on product specifications. - Integrate APIs seamlessly between backend and frontend. - Support and enhance Kafka messaging infrastructure. - Collaborate with product and design teams using Figma assets. - Ensure code is performant, maintainable, and accessible. - Use AI tools like Cursor.AI to accelerate development with strong prompting skills. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of professional experience working in full stack development . - Strong knowledge of React , Tailwind CSS , Node.js , NestJS , TypeScript , and MySQL . - Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems. - Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration workflows. - Proficiency in using AI coding tools such as Cursor.AI as a co-pilot, with strong prompting skills to accelerate development. - Experience working with design tools like Figma to translate mockups into production-ready components. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Experience with using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence . - Comfort working in an agile, cross-functional team environment. Requirements - A plus, but not required: Degree or Advanced Degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. - Experience in e-commerce, fraud, anomaly detection, or financial data modeling. - Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails is a plus. - Experience with Bootstrap is a plus. • Operate in a highly team-based environment with Technical Support Engineers, fellow Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Account Managers. • Contribute to each customers' success by operating and maintaining the Tanium platform and its modules to achieve customer-specific Operations, Risk, Compliance, Asset, and Security-focused outcomes. • Identify opportunities for customers to get greater value from the Tanium platform. • Work closely with CSMs on improving Tanium operational status within key accounts. • Provide technical direction to customer IT support staff. • Conduct daily health-checks on assigned accounts and work with Technical Support Engineers on strategic customer activities. • Document best practices and Play Book entries. • Travel Requirements: 25% of time expected to travel.

• Facilitate the planning, implementation, and growth of infrastructure on AWS Cloud, including comprehensive S3 bucket management and permissions structuring. • Work closely with architects and engineers to design networks, systems, and storage environments. • Manage a continuous integration/continuous deployment methodology for server-based technologies, actively tracking and resolving GitHub issues. • Maintain an operational security environment and controls to mitigate insider and external threats.
