• Support the execution of client programming across all facets, including events, influencer activations, media outreach and social content activations • Monitor various sources for news and relevant information and analyze the data for relevant trend, client, and industry insights • Create engaging materials (fact sheets, press releases, reports, pitches, Q&As) that accurately communicate client’s programs, goals, priorities, etc. • Maintain ongoing pitch calendars • Pitch national and regional print, online, broadcast and trade media outlets • Coordinate press opportunities and handle all press inquiries • Cultivate professional relationships with clients, colleagues, media, and agency partners • Actively participate in - and contribute to - team meetings and brainstorms • Engage in cross-functional programming across client teams including influencer, digital and analytics • Ability to manage, teach, and guide junior team members in the entry level role • Set priorities and organize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines and assume a leadership role for assigned work

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of experience within a marketing and communications role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong digital and social media acumen
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to self-start
  • Cultural curiosity, trend savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Results-drive with enthusiastic, positive, and flexible attitude
