Digital Marketing Specialist

• Responsible for executing and optimizing Gandy Ink’s digital marketing initiatives through website management, SEO, AEO, paid digital advertising, and performance analytics. • Manage and maintain website content, including creating, editing, and updating web pages and landing pages. • Execute and optimize SEO and AI Search Optimization initiatives to improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences. • Conduct keyword, topic, and content research to identify opportunities for organic growth. • Optimize website content, metadata, page structure, internal linking, and other on-page SEO elements. • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other approved platforms. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through ongoing testing, audience targeting, budget management, and performance analysis. • Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing performance indicators. • Develop and maintain digital marketing dashboards and reports to provide visibility into marketing performance and growth opportunities. • Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates. • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to obtain creative assets and ensure consistent brand representation across digital channels. • Support strategic growth initiatives through data-driven recommendations and execution. • Stay current on digital marketing trends, search engine updates, AI search developments, advertising platforms, and industry best practices. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website management, or a related field.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and search performance analysis.
- Understanding of AI Search Optimization and how content is surfaced through AI-powered search experiences.
- Experience working with website content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and digital marketing reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Experience tracking, measuring, and reporting marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, continuous improvement, and results.
