Reasonable Accommodations Case Manager

• Manage the end-to-end reasonable accommodation process to include, individualized case assessment, interactive discussions, documentation, and implementation. • Conduct individualized assessments to determine the essential functions of roles and identify reasonable accommodations that do not create undue hardship. • Partner with colleagues, managers, HR, and Legal to facilitate timely and appropriate accommodations. • Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR and business leaders on ADA/ADAAA compliance and best practices. • Review and analyze medical documentation to determine functional limitations and job-related restrictions. • Champion and promote a positive employee relations climate, providing appropriate counsel and support to ensure that any Reasonable Accommodation processes are delivered to maximize the colleague and manager experience. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local disability laws, and maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential case documentation.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ADA, ADAAA, FMLA, and relevant state disability and leave laws.
  • Experience managing complex accommodation cases in a large, multi-state organization.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
