Description Summary The Director of Software Engineering is a senior leadership role within the enterprise technology organization responsible for directing software engineering teams and enterprise technology initiatives that support CDW's strategic business objectives. The role provides organizational leadership across multiple engineering teams, establishes development standards and frameworks, and oversees the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs. The position focuses on managing engineering managers and professional teams, defining technology strategy, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise platforms aligned with business priorities.
