Job Description
Marketing Operations Manager
Schulz Digital GmbH - Branchenpartner für Handwerksbetriebe
• You put yourself in our clients' position and independently set up recruiting and performance Meta & Google Ads campaigns for them. • Within our proven structures, you make the right decisions independently: which ad creatives go live, which audiences to adjust, and where optimizations are required. • You build and manage outbound and email campaigns in the backend for our clients — you are the engine behind high-performing sequences that turn leads into conversations. • You monitor ongoing campaigns, detect anomalies in the metrics early, and proactively propose adjustments and implement them after coordinating with the Account Manager. • You write strong outbound copy (cold emails, follow-ups and sequences) with a focus on open rates, replies and conversion. • You work closely with Account Managers to sharpen offers, messaging and campaign strategy for maximum performance. • You work entirely in the backend without direct client contact — your focus is on copy, structure, testing and scaling. • You use AI tools sensibly in your daily work to deliver faster and better results.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (have independently set up campaigns — not just a marketing degree)
- Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of how effective email copy captures attention and drives replies.
- A good visual eye and analytical mindset: you can tell whether a creative is working and use the numbers to explain why a campaign is or isn't performing.
- A pragmatic, proactive attitude: if something isn't working, you raise it and solve it independently.
- You work independently, in a structured way, and take responsibility for your results.
Benefits
- Attractive starting salary of €3,500 to €4,500 with a high-performance bonus for outstanding results
- A permanent employment contract and the option to work 100% remotely
- 30 days of vacation plus additional benefits such as bonuses, training and professional development
- Access to state-of-the-art tools and technologies
- A dynamic team in a fast-growing company
