Role Description Support the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of cloud, software development, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects supporting Department of Defense (DoD) customers. - Coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings, action items, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are achieved on time and within established priorities. - Gather, analyze, and organize project information to support program execution, decision-making, and reporting requirements. - Apply analytical methodologies and techniques to evaluate project objectives, identify risks, and support successful project outcomes. - Track and report project performance metrics, including backlog status, sprint progress, burndown metrics, velocity, and other Agile delivery measures. - Support Agile project teams through backlog management, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and user story tracking. - Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation. - Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of technical and programmatic documentation supporting cloud, software, cybersecurity, compliance, and digital engineering initiatives. - Facilitate access to project documentation, collaboration tools, systems, and information required to support project execution. - Support project testing, validation, implementation, and deployment activities. - Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, government stakeholders, and customers to communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations. - Assist with tracking contract deliverables, action items, performance metrics, and project milestones. - Support continuous process improvement efforts and the implementation of Agile and project management best practices. - Conduct activities necessary to support project and program objectives while ensuring compliance with organizational and customer requirements. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - Minimum of two (2) years of project coordination, project support, business analysis, or related experience supporting technology programs. - Active Security Clearance. - Experience supporting technology, software development, cybersecurity, cloud, digital engineering, or information technology projects. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to communicate complex technical information in clear and concise business terms. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar approaches. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and procedures. - Familiarity with Agile concepts including user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, burndown metrics, velocity tracking, and incremental delivery. - Experience creating project documentation, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance metrics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Requirements - Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Army, Air Force, or other federal government programs. - Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab, or similar Agile project management and collaboration tools. - Experience supporting cloud-based environments, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Experience supporting cybersecurity, Risk Management Framework (RMF), DevSecOps, software engineering, data engineering, or digital engineering initiatives. - Experience developing project metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting for technical programs. - PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other industry-recognized project management certification. - Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams in a government contracting environment. - Knowledge of cloud modernization, application migration, and digital transformation initiatives. - Familiarity with software testing, configuration management, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices. Role Description The Direct Mail Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of direct mail campaigns. This includes customer service, project management, scheduling, vendor management and negotiations, as well as the procurement and coordination of various print formats such as digital print, commercial cut sheet, web/inline printing, personalization, lettershop services, retail collateral, premiums, inventory management, and postage reconciliation. - Oversee all aspects of direct mail campaigns; day-to-day vendor relations and coordination, including estimating, sourcing programs, cost/profit review, coordination of all scheduled deliverables with vendors and monitoring inventory levels as needed. - Ensure all deliverables meet company and client quality standards and comply with United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations. - Manage direct mail programs by adhering to project schedules, auditing data processing steps performed at the vendor level, follow project data process/workflow specifications, QC vendor production and materials. - Ensure the printer properly maintains all production equipment to prevent any disruptions. - Request postage funding, reconcile postage usage and reporting on campaigns. - Monitor inventory levels and initiate recorders as needed to avoid shortages or overages. - Track the status of direct mail campaigns and provide timely activity reports. - Keep the client status document current and attend weekly status calls per the client requirements. - Provide accounting staff with information as needed to support client invoices, vendor invoice review, postage refunds and tasks needed to expedite the client billing process. - Participate and assist as needed on RFP’s, production audits for new business and project reporting as needed by management.
