Role Description Buscamos un Business Analyst con experiencia en migración de datos, integraciones de sistemas y documentación de transformaciones entre plataformas. La persona se integrará a un pod de desarrollo asignado a un cliente internacional del sector de Property Management basado en el Reino Unido. El objetivo principal del rol es mapear y documentar de forma clara las transformaciones necesarias para adaptar la representación de entidades de un sistema de trust accounting a la representación equivalente en la plataforma del cliente. Esto requiere entender tanto la lógica de negocio como la arquitectura técnica de las integraciones existentes. Este no es un rol de gestión de tickets ni de seguimiento de tareas. Buscamos a alguien con perfil analítico, proactivo y autónomo, que pueda sumergirse en la complejidad de los datos, identificar riesgos de entrega, y producir documentación que los equipos de desarrollo puedan ejecutar con confianza. Responsibilities - Analizar sistemas fuente y destino para entender modelos de datos, reglas de negocio y flujos de transformación entre plataformas. - Documentar de forma estructurada los mapeos de entidades, campos, reglas de transformación y criterios de validación requeridos para las integraciones. - Participar activamente en llamadas con el cliente (en inglés), levantar requerimientos, identificar ambigüedades y proponer soluciones. - Comprender las integraciones existentes de la plataforma del cliente, incluyendo su lógica de negocio y aspecto técnico. - Escribir user stories, criterios de aceptación y especificaciones técnicas claras que el equipo de desarrollo pueda implementar sin fricción. - Identificar proactivamente edge cases, inconsistencias en datos y riesgos de entrega antes de que se conviertan en bloqueos. - Colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores y stakeholders del cliente para asegurar claridad desde el inicio y minimizar retrabajo. - Producir documentación trazable que conecte requerimientos, diseño y validación. - Liderar un equipo de trabajo de 3 desarrolladores. Qualifications - 3+ años como Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst o roles similares en proyectos de integración de sistemas, migración de datos o transformación de plataformas. - Experiencia documentando mapeos de datos entre sistemas con diferentes modelos de entidades. - Historial comprobable de trabajo con equipos de desarrollo, traduciendo requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas ejecutables. - Experiencia participando en llamadas con clientes de habla inglesa y trabajando en equipos distribuidos. Technical Skills - Conocimiento de SQL para análisis de datos (Nice to have), validación de transformaciones e identificación de edge cases. - Familiaridad con APIs REST y/o integraciones middleware. - Capacidad para leer y entender documentación técnica de APIs, esquemas de base de datos y flujos de integración. - Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos (JIRA, Linear, o similares). - Deseable: experiencia con plataformas de contabilidad, ERP, CRM o property management. Soft Skills - Inglés fluido (nivel C1 o superior), tanto oral como escrito. Se evaluará en el proceso de selección. - Perfil proactivo y autónomo: capaz de identificar problemas y proponer soluciones sin esperar instrucciones explícitas. - Atención al detalle excepcional, particularmente en la documentación de reglas de transformación y mapeos de datos. - Comunicación clara y estructurada, tanto en documentación escrita como en conversaciones con stakeholders técnicos y de negocio. - Capacidad para operar en entornos donde los requerimientos son incompletos, las estructuras de datos son complejas y los riesgos de entrega dependen de la precisión del análisis.
