Prokeep

• Drive growth by winning new SMB customers and expanding Prokeep’s footprint within the distribution industry. • Generate new revenue through a combination of outbound prospecting, managing inbound opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. • Engage directly with prospects every day to position Prokeep as the go-to communication platform for distributors and their teams. • Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and close. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Collaborate closely with Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff and onboarding experience. • Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and lead quality. • Maintain a strong understanding of Prokeep’s product offering and communicate customer feedback to Product and Leadership teams.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with proven success selling SaaS products, preferably in SMB or Mid-Market environments
  • Proven success managing a high-volume pipeline and consistently closing new business
  • Comfortable prospecting and engaging decision-makers across Operations, Sales, and Ownership teams
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient with strong urgency and follow-through
  • Persistent, tactfully aggressive, and energized by fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across phone, video, written, and presentation settings
  • Quick to learn new technologies and simplify technical concepts for customers
  • Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), sales engagement tools, and maintaining accurate pipeline data
  • SaaS sales experience preferred, ideally within high-growth startups or industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
